Rihanna Reveals Title of New Album: Loud

Rihanna already gave us her “Rockstar 101″ best on last year’s Rated R, so this time she’s turning it up with a new CD whose title says it all. The singer revealed in a chat with fans over the weekend that her fifth studio effort will be called Loud.
It’s due out on November 2 and is preceded by the single “Only Girl (In the World),” which premiered on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show early Tuesday (September 7).
“I’m done recording the whole album,” Rihanna revealed during the chat, which took place on the official fansite Rihanna Daily. “I made sure not to let you down with my music! You guys are always defending me, so now you’ve got some great songs to justify it. I didn’t want to go backward and remake [2007's] Good Girl Gone Bad. I wanted the next step in the evolution of Rihanna, and it’s perfect for us.”

Rihanna showed up in Washington, D.C., on Tuesday in the form of a wax double installed at the Madame Tussauds museum in the district.
The picture at right? That’s wax Rihanna, hanging out in New York last week.
She wasn’t on hand for the reveal, so sorry, no cool shot of the singer posing with herself — but she did give the statue her smooch of approval ahead of time.

RAPPER Eminem has a crush on Rihanna and wants to date her.
The rapper, who recently recorded a duet with the star entitled ‘Love the Way You Lie’, has a crush on the Barbados-born singer and his grandmother Betty Kresin thinks they would make a great couple
.
Betty told Heat magazine: “I can totally see what any girl including Rihanna would see in him. He’s so charming; he has always had adorable, beautiful blue eyes and this charming, wonderful smile.
“Rihanna would make a suitable partner for Marshall. But he needs to enjoy life and not get carried away with any relationships at the moment.”
Rihanna and Eminem, real name Marshall Mathers, are reportedly in constant communication, but for the ‘Umbrella’ singer – who is dating baseball star Matt Kemp – their relationship is purely platonic.
A source said: “Marshall would date Rihanna in a heartbeat if she showed even the slightest interest. They’re on the phone and texting each other constantly.”
Rihanna to Make Acting Debut Aboard Battleship

Here’s hoping Rihanna doesn’t sink Battleship.
The 22-year-old pop-R&B star has signed on to make her feature-film debut in the action flick, which, as it sounds, is inspired by the classic Hasbro board game, her rep confirms to E! News.
While the songstress’ soundtrack credits on IMDb are many, she’s yet to appear as anyone but herself on TV, let alone the big screen.
But at least Rihanna’s got a seaworthy cast and crew behind her, including Friday Night Lights hunk Taylor Kitsch and True Blood hottie Alexander Skarsgård as brothers who end up leading the fight for their planet’s survival against an otherworldly force.

Today is probably the biggest day in Drake’s life. With the release of his highly anticipated debut cd ‘Thank Me Later’ Drizzy officially holds the Young Money mantle in his hands until Lil Wayne’s release from prison.
The Toronto rapper took over 106 and Park yesterday (June 14) and appeared ready for the big day.
Drake said his dream collaboration would be with Prince and relaxes when he’s not on stage by wine tasting.
A few 106 fans got the chance to ask Drake questions via Twitter:
Q – What made you want to be a rapper, when did you start?
A – As a kid growing up I was always kind of emotional and I felt bad for it. I was very in tune with my emotions and never really knew how to express myself. And rap is soothing to me. Like when something goes wrong with a woman or something is going on with my family. I feel like I can tell the world in a classy way, it’s like cleansing, it’s like therapy.

British officials, citing worries that singer Chris Brown might pose a danger to British citizens, barred him from entering the United Kingdom for concerts this week, a UK border official said.
Brown pleaded guilty last year to a felony charge of assaulting his then-girlfriend, pop star Rihanna.
“We reserve the right to refuse entry to the UK to anyone guilty of a serious criminal offense,” said Barbara Woodward, director of the UK border agency’s international group. “Public safety is one of our primary concerns.”
The 21-year-old R&B singer was scheduled to perform Wednesday night in Glasgow, Scotland, with shows in three English cities — Manchester, Birmingham and London — scheduled for Thursday, Friday and Sunday, according to his official website.
While Brown’s representatives did not immediately respond to a CNN request for comment, the singer vented in Twitter messages posted online to his fans late Monday.

Rihanna’s man Matt Kemp opened up to the media at a red carpet event this week and admitted that Rihanna is his girlfriend:
When asked if he and Rihanna were official, Kemp told UsMagazine.com, “Yeah! That’s my girl!”
The baseball star gushed to Us of the singer, “She’s just a fun person. I love to be around her.”
Right now, the pair have to contend with long-distance love: Rihanna, 22, is currently on her world tour. “She’s definitely not gonna be here for a little while. Hopefully when she gets back she’ll at a couple [more] games,” Kemp told Us. (She was spotted cheering him on at an April 14 game.)

Rihanna is rumored to shoot a music video for “Te Amo” next week in Paris, France. Several radio stations from European countries are starting to play the song. Just like “Hard” was released only in the US, the same might happen to “Rockstar 101,″ while “Te Amo” will be released in the rest of the world. Hopefully, Rihanna’s label is going to release an official statement soon.
Rihanna visits ER for injured rib

Rihanna made a brief stop at a Swiss emergency room to get an injured rib checked by a doctor Monday night, the singer’s publicist said.
“She had an injured rib and went to have it looked at to be sure it was nothing serious, and it wasn’t,” Amanda Silverman told CNN. “All is OK and the tour is going great.”
